Erias Finance is an independent infrastructure and utilities finance boutique established in 2009.
We offer a sector specialist approach, providing consultancy and interim management services across the full suite of debt finance products and services and their general applicability to your company.
Having originally operated over the period 2009-2014, Erias Finance has recently restarted. In its first phase, we led a number of successful, complex and multi-faceted transactions on challenging timetables, totalling over GBP6 billion. These transactions spanned a broad range of sectors including rail, ports, gas and water.
We believe that our clients are best served by an independent adviser with a deep understanding of the debt finance markets, a thorough knowledge of the industry sectors in which the client operates, extensive contacts throughout the financing community and proven transaction execution skills.
